Polaroid Pogo

I'm a little late with the review of this Polaroid Pogo but I just thought this was the neatest little printer that I've seen.  I have not purchased one yet but I wanted to just put it out there because I thought it was really neat.  I will probably end up getting one sooner than later but for right now I've just been reading about it and just wanted to share.  I'm actually still reading about it to make sure that I even want to purchase it.

Polaroid Pogo Photo Paper Slot

So far after reading a couple blogs and researching it does have its pros and cons. Below I'll list what I have found thus far.

Pros:
-  It's small
-  No Ink Needed
-  Has a sticky backing so you can use it like a sticker photo for crafting (if you like that)
-  Has a Lithium Ion battery
-  Works great with Android phones, no app required
-  Prints via Bluetooth
Cons:
-  Only holds 10 sheets of photo paper at a time
-  From phone (or device) to Polaroid printer, takes a minute or so to print
-  Photo quality is not as advertised (per research)
-  iPhone users must jailbreak to use and then download app
*Jailbroken iPhones will need to download the Celeste app from Cydia.
*Jailbreaking iPhones are NOT illegal in the US (for now)

My overall feel about this product is that from what I read its an okay product.  It's great to use if you travel alot and love to do photo journalism.  I do plan on getting one to try it out and will update this blog when I do so.  Otherwise feel free to leave comments on what you think if you have one or not.  Thank you for reading!
Two blogs that I thought were helpful are listed below here:

NEW Simple Face Cleansing Products

NEW! SIMPLE Face Cleansing Products

I recently took a trip to WalGreens looking for makeup and what not and while in the store realized that I wanted/needed some sort of facial cleanse regime.  As I walked over to the stores variety of cleansing products I started to get overwhelmed.  I spent a good hour and a half walking back and forth.  I had an employee walk up and ask me if I needed help but when I asked her about the New Simple Cleansing Products she told me she had no clue.  All she could tell me was that it was New and that they normally receive sample products so that they could give customers the best reviews on them from personal experiences, but of course she stated that they hadn't received any so she had no clue.  Well as I continued to read the back of each product I realized that I kept walking back to the New Simple Cleansing products.  I love the fact that they are hypoallergenic and there are no harsh dyes or perfumes in them.  I often get turned off by the strong smells of certain cleansing products.  I figured this seems as natural as it can get and not to lie, the packaging really made me feel like the product was "refreshing" so I took a gamble by buying a couple of Simple's products.

Below you will find some pictures and MY personal reviews on this product after using it for over a week.

NEW Simple Exfoliating Wipes
The Simple's Exfoliating wipes are good. They are textured a bit so that it does what it says.

Smell:  There is a slight smell to the wipes but nothing comparable to some others that are out there, its more of a refreshing smell (to me).

Price:  The price for these products are quite reasonable.  I recommend doing a price match before purchasing.  After I bought these items I realized that I could get it cheaper at Wal-Mart.  So far the stores that I've price matched were WalGreens, WalMart, CVS and Target.  They all seem to be around the same price but may differ by up to $1.00 (depending on where you live).  I'll have the prices that I've found listed below.

Texture:  There is a slight texture to the wipes but being that it is for Exfoliating, it works great.
Cost:  $6.49 (Walgreens), $4.97 (Walmart), $4.99 (Target)
(These prices may not be accurate, but merely a range for you to go by)

Simple Cleansing Wipes

The Simple Cleansing Wipes to me work really good.  The wipes are good for traveling or if you don't have much time to lean over a sink and wash your face every night.  I prefer the wipes because its just easier.  I think they do the same thing as the liquid version.

Smell: I haven't noticed a smell with the cleansing wipes.  There may be a hint but to me it just smells clean, hence "cleansing wipes".  Otherwise, no harsh perfume or dye or any of that other harsh chemical.

Texture:  The cleansing wipe really doesn't have as much texture to it like the exfoliating wipes do.  To me the cleansing wipes are really soft and I love the way it feels.  It's like taking a soft cotton cloth and washing your face, LOVE IT!

Cost:  $6.49 (Walgreens), $4.99 (Target), $4.97 (WalMart)

Simple Soothing Facial Toner
The Simple Soothing Facial Toner is exactly what it says in the name, Soothing.  I love using the toner after cleaning and exfoliating because it just gives you that overall soothing feeling.  This is actually my first time using a toner and I really like it!  I actually spoke to my husband about whether there was a noticeable change yet and he said that he does see a slight tightening of my skin.  Not sure if he's saying because he's my husband but it was nice to know that a change was happening for the good.  I will continue to use!!  Well worth it!
Smell:  All these products have a slight smell to them but as I said above, to me its become more of a "clean" smell than anything else.  No harsh perfumes so you don't have to worry about opening them and getting this overwhelming smell.  The smell is tolerable and way better than any other i've come across.

Simple Eye Make-Up Remover
The Simple Eye Make-up Remover seems to be an okay product.  I haven't really worn much makeup lately but when I did try using the eye make-up remover it didn't seem to work really well.  I even waited until after I used the cleansing wipe to see if it would help, but to my dismay it did not.  I did notice that it took a little bit off but I still looked like I had racoon eyes.  Like I mentioned, I only used this once with no results so since I love the other products so much I will continue to try this eye make-up remover and see if my thoughts on this one product changes.
